About
About Me
I'm a web application developer and software architect who started building things for the web in 1995 and never stopped. The projects and systems I work on have grown more complex over the years, but I still enjoy the relative immediacy of making a change and hitting save.
Away from the keyboard you'll find me around a BBQ pit, enjoying a glass of wine, watching Texas Longhorn sports, or out riding with friends — sometimes all of those things at once.
What I Do
Solve Problems
Nothing catches my attention like a hard problem to solve. That's probably why I do what I do.
Keep Current with Industry
I've been an avid reader of blogs covering development and technology for years, and I try to stay close to what's changing in the field.
Experiment with New Things
This site itself is one of those experiments — each rebuild has been a chance to try something new, from Elementor to, now, EmDash.
